Davies Air Design, Inc. (DAD) sells, services, and installs HV AC systems in the residential and light commercial markets. The company was founded and incorporated as a subchapter S corporation by Steve Davies in April of 1993.
DAD office and warehouse is located in a 6000 ft2 building at 3746 Halls Mill Road in Mobile, Al 36693. DAD employs 7 full-time people. Additional installation help is added, as needed, during the peak summer months.

We serve all residential and commercial customers throughout the Mobile and Baldwin County service areas. As of 2017, the business sales are currently split at approximately:
- 50% Residential Replacement
- 25% Residential & Commercial Service
- 20% Commercial Replacement
- 5% Residential New Construction

Management
DAD is a family owned and operated business. The owners are Bev & Steve Davies. Their son, Matt Davies, and veteran employee Wayne Williams operate the Service Department. Install mechanic, Sammy Geno, who has been with the company for 25 years, and install mechanic Donnie Parker provide the skilled resources for the demands of any installation project. Karen Dixon who has put up with an office full of men for 6 years provides all the bookkeeping and dispatching needs for the company.
